InBody Blueprint: We’ll do an initial InBody scan to see where you are, and determine what we need to do to get you where you need to be. We’ll also do an InBody scan every week to track progress. SMALL GROUP TRAINING

If you want the a mix of personalized programming experience, and group fitness energy, then this is for you. These sessions are strength training focused and will help you add muscle and burn body fat.

PERSONAL TRAINING

If you’re training for a specific goal, or want the full attention of our trainers, then personal training is what you want. These sessions are 100% tailored to you and are the most effective way to improve your body composition.
