All clients receive complimentary access to our InBody body scanner so you can see the data on how your programming is transforming your body.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group training is a combination of more personalized strength and conditioning work compared to class with a much more affordable rate than personal training.

We offer both private small group training, typically for friends looking to workout together, and open small group training which is bookable via or website or app.

Small groups are capped at 6 people.
